From Kathmandu, we will drive to Chitwan where we will experience the wonderful jungle safari. As we reach the park, you will be briefed about the tour. Chitwan National Park holds more or less 68 species of mammals, 126 species of fish, 544 species of birds, and more. Here, you may see deer, monkeys, wild boars, sloth bears, Royal Bengal Tigers, leopards and rhinoceros in their natural habitat. The sight of these rare animals in the jungle is a wonderful experience of being close to the natural quintessence of nature. Observing these animals and plants in their own environments without the intrusion of modernization is captivating. We will walk around a nearby Tharu village and visit the National Park Visitor’s centre. We will also travel for witnessing the sunset view from the Rapti River’s shore. The sight of the setting Sun and the shimmer of the dying golden rays of the sun on the river’s water surface is serene and provides a beautiful sublimity to the ambiance. In the evening, we can have a look at the Tharu Cultural Program. Overnight stay in the park.
