10 Days Do The Philippines Adventure - Palawan Islands (Independent Tour)

Mabuhay and welcome to the Philippines! Arrive in Manila and be transferred to your hostel. The rest of the night is free to enjoy as you wish. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck of your hostel overlooking the Manila city skyline or head out to the red light district of Makati for a night you will never forget!

Start your day in Manila with some leisure time before embarking on a midday historical bamboo bike tour (around noon) through Intramuros, the walled city of Manila. Ride eco-friendly Bambikes as your local guide shares fascinating stories about the city’s history and landmarks. Enjoy sightseeing at a relaxed pace while taking in the charm of this heritage area.

After the tour, you’ll head to the airport for your flight to Puerto Princesa, where the next part of your adventure begins.

This morning after breakfast, you’ll set out on a private visit to the Puerto Princesa Underground River – one of the seven natural wonders of the world! With your own boat and guide, you’ll explore the stunning national park at your own pace, drifting through the underground cave systems aboard a bamboo raft. This unforgettable experience is truly a must-do while in the Philippines.

In the afternoon, continue on to Port Barton. Upon arrival, check in to your beachfront hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You may wish to take a swim, try sea kayaking, or simply relax on the white-sand beach as the sun sets over the bay.

Today you’ll set out on a full-day private island-hopping tour in Port Barton. Cruise across turquoise waters, stopping at beautiful islands and pristine reefs for snorkelling opportunities where you may spot sea turtles, rays, and colourful starfish. Enjoy swimming, relaxing on secluded beaches, and soaking up the island atmosphere.

In the late afternoon, return to your hotel, where you can unwind and watch the spectacular sunset over the bay. The evening is yours to relax at leisure – perhaps with a refreshing drink by the shore as you enjoy the laid-back charm of Port Barton.

The next part of your adventure takes you to El Nido! Travel by private van and arrive in the mid-afternoon, where you’ll check in to your accommodation in El Nido town. The rest of the day is at leisure – perhaps head down to the beach to enjoy sunset cocktails or explore the town’s laid-back dining scene at your own pace.

Enjoy a return transfer from El Nido town to Nacpan Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Philippines. Spend the day relaxing on soft white sand, swimming in crystal-clear waters, and unwinding under the shade of coconut trees before heading back to town at your leisure.

Today marks the start of a 3-day expedition like no other—an adventure within an adventure and one of the true highlights of your trip! For the next three days, you’ll cruise on a two-level boat through some of the most beautiful islands in the world, spending your days swimming, snorkelling, sunbathing, dancing, and simply soaking up paradise. Each evening, you’ll return to a private base camp where bonfires, glamping huts, and beachside tents await. Enjoy freshly prepared meals, cold drinks, and the chance to fall asleep under the stars before waking up to some of the most unforgettable sunrises you’ll ever see.

Day 2 of the expedition is your day to explore the Linapacan islands, which have some of the cleanest and clearest waters on earth. It’s the perfect place to snorkel and relax on some of the most beautiful beaches in Palawan. The program for today includes exploring a turtle sanctuary, jumping from a 6 meters-high cliff (if you dare), and meeting the Tagbuana, the local people of Linapacan, to discover their culture and way of life. Again before sunset, head back to base to spend the night chilling on the beach under the moonlight in front of the bonfire.

This morning after waking up to the most epic sunrise of your life, continue to sail up north, to start exploring the eastern part of Culion. Among other things, you will discover what is probably the most beautiful sandbar in Palawan, in Ditaytayan island… After a night spent on a beach, you will head to Coron for a new island hopping tour, to discover its snorkeling spots filled with thousands of fish! As the sun sets today, dock in Coron, the end point of this amazing expedition! Head to our hotel in Coron for some much-deserved rest. If you are up for it, head out for dinner and explore the bars in town.
