1. TOURS / PRODUCTS / ACTIVITIES

Each tour / product / activity is subject to the general conditions of Campania Overland and, more specifically, to the terms and conditions (times, procedures, inclusions, exclusions, etc.) shown on the single product page of this website.

1. MEETING POINTS

It is advisable to arrive at the scheduled meeting point 5 minutes before the departure of the tour.

Refunds will not be granted to customers who do not show up at the meeting point at the established time or to customers who lose contact with the guide during the tour and therefore do not complete the tour.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

In order not to incur a penalty for canceling an excursion booking, this must be communicated to the Tour Operator at least 21 days before the date set for the tour.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made with less than 21 days notice of the tour date. For other policies, please refer to the individual product page.

1. CANCELLATION BY THE TOUR OPERATOR

When, for any reason, Campania Overland cancels the tour, the customer has the right to request a refund, only of the amount paid. Campania Overland claims the right to cancel a trip for any reason up to 12 hours before departure.

In case of force majeure (strikes, road conditions, weather conditions, etc.) Campania Overland can modify the itinerary with alternative solutions while maintaining the duration and quality of the service.

1. DISPUTES

Any complaint from the customer must be communicated to the staff of the Tour Operator by writing no later than 10 working days. Complaints that cannot be resolved amicably must be handled by the Naples IT Court.

1. MINORS

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in a tour or activity.
