Emerald of Egypt in 9 days

Upon arrival a representative will meet you at the airport and Pick you up to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy Cairo!

You will be met in the lobby of your hotel after your breakfast and checking-out with your Egyptologist Guide and picked up by an air conditioned Van, Start your day by visiting the Egyptian Museum. You will get to see 165,000 Egyptian artifacts. You can also visit the Mummies Hall (additional Cost).Next You will having Your Lunch in Restaurant located by the River Nile. Next stop on our tour is the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. One of the Seven Wonders of the World and still to this day a riddle. A truly unforgettable experience. The sphinx is an enigmatic symbol of Egypt. You will have free time to enter one of the Pyramids (additional cost) if you wish. You will get a chance to do some shopping and we will visit a perfume factory and traditional papyrus institute where you can see how they make papyrus and purchase a unique gift. and then you will be taken to Cairo Train Station to take your sleeper train to Aswan, you will arrive to Aswan Station around 10:20 am.

Upon arrival to Aswan Train Station you will be met and assisted by our Guide  to  Abu Simble temple, than back to the Train Station to take the train to Luxor, upon arriving to Luxor train Station, you will be picked up to check-in in your hotel in Luxor.

At Your Hotel in Luxor you will be met by your guide for the day. First we will go to the west bank, it is known as the city of dead and is the funerary complex of the Ancient Egyptians. We will visit the Valley of Kings - the ancient cemetery of pharaohs of the new kingdom. Hidden in the mountains between the tow limestone hills of Gurna. The Valley of Kings holds 63 registered tombs and 3 more tombs have recently been found.  We will then visit the Hatshepsut Temple. This is a mortuary temple with a unique design as it is the only temple in Egypt built in terrace formation into the cliff face. Hatshepsut was a famous female pharaoh who wore a false beard and all the trappings of male pharaohs in order to claim the throne for herself. We will then visit the Memnon statues. They are the only remaining statues fronting the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III and show the pharaoh sitting on his throne.  Next, we will go across the Nile to the East Bank for Lunch at Local restaurant (drinks not included). Our last stop in this tour is the Karnak Temples, the largest ancient temple complex in Egypt. Karnak Temple complex is one of the major sites of Egypt and within its bounds the sacred energies of Ancient Egypt can still be felt. We will then check in for overnight in Luxor hotel.

early morning you will be picked up from luxor hotel to Airport to take your flight to Cairo, upon arriving to cairo Airport you will be met with your tour guide to start you Amazing Day trip to Old Islamic and Coptic Cairo where you will walk in the oldest streets between ancient Islamic and Coptic Monuments, you will be picked up by Your qualified tour guide to visit the Hanging church ( is named for its location above a gatehouse of Babylon Fortress.). Next you will visit the Citadel of Saladin which is a fortification in Cairo. You will then have lunch followed by a walk through Khan El Khalili Street. You could ask yourself how a market in Egypt is responsible for the founding of the United States. Khan el-Khalili. This is an experience you will find unforgettable. You will be returned to your hotel in Cairo.

The Optional tour of Alexandria:

Our Qualified Tour Guide will pick You up from your hotel/ airport in an A/C Van. You will then travel to Alexandria and visit the 3rd Century Pompey’s Pillar, a 25 meter red Aswan granite column that is the last of the remaining relics of the Seraphim Temple. Constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian, it was once a magnificent structure rivaling the Soma and the Caesareum. Our specialist tour guide will talk to you about the lighthouse of Alexandria and many interesting stories about ancient Romans Emperors. Next is Qayetbay citadel from outside, situated on the entrance to Alexandria’s eastern harbor. You will also visit the largest Roman cemetery, the Catacombs consisting of three levels cut in the rock. Finally, Then you will be taken back to your hotel.

08.00 am and then we will drive for about 6 hours to Moses Mountain. you will check in a 4 * hotel in ST Catherine City around 04:00 pm, the you will be picked up around midnight from hotel to start your nigh tour,

You will start to climb the 2285 m high mountain guided by one of our guides from 01:00 am to 04:30 am. You can climb by following a long path which leads to 700 steps. This takes you to the top of the mountain on time for the sunrise where you can enjoy a beautiful view. If you feel you can’t climb the mountain you can get a camel ride for 300 lE which takes you to the 700 steps.

After coming down from the mountain we will visit the Monastery of St. Catherine. Down the ages the monastery has become one of the most famous monuments of Sinai.

After visiting the monastery of St Catherine we go to a local restaurant in St Catherine City to take our breakfast, then we drive back to Cairo  we will be back between 03:30 pm & 04:30 pm, check in  Cairo Hotel.
